• Spring: Clean gutters, service AC, check for pests (termites/rodents), and apply fertilizer, is it time of a new paint job schedule that in.

• Fall: inspect roofs, and check for foundation leaks.

• Winter: Clean gutters of leaves, Interior paint jobs are usually less expensive in winter.
